Altura Innovation · AI operations for commerce
The operating partner behind the order.
Altura is an AI operations firm: product-led, with services depth. We build the application layer behind the order for multi-channel brands on NetSuite: orders land clean, integrations hold, settlements reconcile, and the close stays trustworthy, with governed AI and human approval where it matters.

Founder
Dave Charland · Altura Innovation
Altura began on the operator side of the table.
Founder Dave Charland spent more than a decade where software meets the actual business: building automation, owning product roadmaps, delivering implementations, and working across the NetSuite ecosystem. He built Altura to be the partner he kept wishing clients had after the software was sold.
Altura started in April 2024 with a narrow commitment: go deep on the systems behind commerce brands on NetSuite and stay accountable for whether the work holds in the real operation.
The conviction shows up in the work. One early client had implemented NetSuite twice and still watched orders crawl from the storefront into NetSuite hours behind, on the platform they were betting the business on. Altura rebuilt the integrations until the lag was gone, then ran around the clock beside them through the next Black Friday.
That experience set the company's standard: the work is not finished when a flow turns green or a dashboard looks right. It is finished when the team can run the process, the money ties out, and the close no longer needs an explanation.
We build systems.
Plenty of firms can configure NetSuite. The difference is what an engagement leaves behind, and whether the next one starts from zero. Ours never start from zero.
01
Start where it breaks
We start with the money and the workflows that actually break the business: settlements that gate the close, orders that land wrong, channels held together with duct tape. Not generic admin.
02
Leave systems, not notes
Every engagement leaves documented designs, tested workflows, controls, and audit trails your team owns. The work doesn't live in one consultant's head.
03
AI under human authority
AI does the heavy lifting; a human approves; NetSuite executes; the artifact proves it. Nothing freehands your system of record.
04
Proven patterns, productized
The next channel, trading partner, or reconciliation pattern isn't a from-scratch snowflake. Each build teaches the firm something the next one inherits.
Services showed us what software needed to exist.
Altura started as the embedded business-systems team clients wished they had. Working inside the operation exposed the same hard patterns again and again: channel launches rebuilt from scratch, settlement work blocking close, and good operators buried in repetitive review.
We turned the same operating model into products that make those patterns repeatable. Today clients work with Altura through scoped projects, continuous capacity, and products such as Vista Recon and Vista LaunchPad. The services depth did not disappear; it became the source material for what we build.
One company from operating problem to durable system.
Altura combines operating depth, integration engineering, product delivery, and governed AI in one team. We start with how the business actually runs, build the controls around it, and stay engaged so it keeps working. AI can propose, a human approves, NetSuite remains the authority, and every action leaves an artifact.
Kill the tedium
AI Accelerator
We find the boring, repetitive work and wire real, governed AI into how the business runs: working automation, not strategy decks.
ExploreThe money ties out
Vista Recon
Deterministic settlement and deposit reconciliation into NetSuite: the recurring work that gates month-end close, governed from source file through approval.
ExploreChannels without headcount
Vista LaunchPad
Onboard EDI partners, marketplaces, and storefronts fast and identically: the same governed build every time, no one-off snowflakes.
ExploreA focused services arm, AlturaCare, keeps a fraction of that expert team embedded after the build, so the systems we engineer keep running and evolving without betting continuity on a single hire.
Where we're going
Your unfair advantage: we saw this coming.
We already run governed AI inside our own operations: approved, audited, and bounded by human authority. That operating experience compounds for our clients. By the time a capability reaches your systems, we have run it on real work, put a human gate in front of it, and worn off the sharp edges.
Working with Altura means your operation stays ahead of where this technology is going without you having to chase it. Your data stays yours, the AI never freehands your ERP, and when the tools change (and they will) the operating rules, approval paths, and audit trail outlast them.
How we partner
A few clients, known deeply.
We work with a limited number of clients and learn the operation deeply: the value chain, exceptions, controls, and people who own each decision. As a Celigo Advanced Partner, that same posture carries through integration design, implementation, testing, exception handling, and the runbooks the client keeps.
01
One kind of company, known deeply
We work with one kind of company, multi-channel product brands on NetSuite, so we can learn your vision, strategy, value chain, processes, and culture, and dedicate our full focus to advancing your success.
02
Find the manual work, automate it
From day one, we systematically review workflows to find the manual, time-consuming work and automate it, so the team scales without drowning in busywork.
03
Rebuild what others only patch
Our blend of organizational leadership, product management, and engineering lets us rebuild the pricing logic, exception paths, and close processes that cannot be fixed with another surface-level patch.
