What is celigo flow?
A Celigo flow is a configured integration pipeline in the Celigo platform that moves data between systems, for example syncing orders from a storefront into NetSuite, on a schedule or in response to an event. Flows are where integration logic, error handling, and retries live for a NetSuite-centered operation.

Celigo is the integration layer that connects NetSuite to storefronts, marketplaces, 3PLs, and payment systems. A flow defines a single movement of data: its source, its destination, the field mappings between them, the rules for which records pass through, and what happens when something fails.
The reliability of a multi-channel operation rests on these flows behaving predictably. A governed flow separates retryable failures from real data and process problems, surfaces exceptions to an owner instead of failing silently, and is built to be understood rather than treated as a black box, so the team can defend and maintain it.
